First of all lets us praise to the almighty Allah SWT, because of his blessing we are able to attend in this class. Secondly peace be upon to our prophet Muhammad SAW,  who has guide us from the darkness into brightness.

I also would like to say many thanks to our teacher ms. Angely who have given me opportunity to deliver for English speech in front of you all.

Ok my frinds the tittle of my speech is LAW IN INDONESIAN

Did You know who is AAL ?

      Aal is student in SMKN 3 Of Palu. He is 15^th years old and now he Get punishment because of a police.The police’s name is  Ahmad Rusdi .He accused aal stole his sandal and gave him physical abuse .  AAL adjudged guilty by the presiding district court judge sentenced Palu and was returned to his parent. AAL got Articles 362 of the Criminal Code of theft with a maximum penalty five years in  prison. Not only Public but also  Nasional commision dislike about this law.

People judged, government have to serious make it finish. Public gave sympathy for Aal with collected The sandals and  would like give them for police. Now, almost 2000 sandals has collected. They did demostration at the big city.  And always try to help Aal.

Muhammad Ikhsan from Nasional Commision said that although AAL not be imprisoned and returned to his family, the verdict is still unacceptable. Because, there are some peculiarities in this case. "First, in the process of trial and test of evidence and witnesses, as well as the results of an investigation, not proven guilty AAL. According to me the law in Indonesian is too much more. Corruption is not small things. The effect of Corruption is bigger, one of example is This Country will broken. They also got punishment but smaller than All’s case. It happened with Gayus Tambunan.

 Gayus tambunan is one of the corruptor in our country. He is mafia tax. While he stays in jail, he can go out from jail to watched tennis competition in Bali.
